Professional Experience: Kelvin began his coaching journey in 1997 and became the first person in Southeast Asia to receive the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach credential in 2005. Over the years, he has coached more than 20,000 individuals, ranging from business leaders and entrepreneurs to executives and professionals. He has trained with coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard, served on the ICF Ethics and Standards Board, and is recognised for his contributions to the coaching profession. His achievements include setting a Singapore Book of Records milestone for coaching 522 people consecutively and receiving the 2023 Sri Chinmoy U Thant Peace Award for his humanitarian contributions.
Turning Point:nA defining turning point came when Kelvin realised that many people were living according to external expectations rather than their authentic identities. This insight inspired him to move beyond traditional goal-setting and focus on helping individuals uncover their “TruSelf™”—the version of themselves that is free from limiting patterns and societal conditioning. His coaching methodology has since centred on creating sustainable transformation through self-discovery, purpose, and conscious leadership.
What He Does Now: Today, Kelvin leads Live Your Mark and Executive Coach International, where he coaches leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking greater clarity, fulfilment, and impact.
