Overview:
Muhammad Fahad Sulaiman is the Founder of Muscle Minit, a recovery therapy business focused on helping people address pain, mobility issues and physical limitations. His journey into the field began with his own shoulder injury, which persisted despite professional treatment. Determined to understand the underlying cause, Fahad studied massage anatomy and biomechanics and eventually resolved the problem himself. That experience became the foundation for Muscle Minit and his belief that lasting recovery requires understanding the body rather than simply managing symptoms.

Professional Experience:
Fahad’s expertise developed from both formal learning and practical experience. After suffering a shoulder impingement during training, he completed a diploma in massage anatomy and expanded his knowledge of biomechanics. Today, he works with a diverse clientele that includes athletes, office workers and people experiencing long-term pain. His approach combines hands-on treatment with biomechanical assessment, strengthening exercises and personalised recovery plans, with an emphasis on identifying the root cause of discomfort rather than providing only temporary relief.
Turning Point:
Fahad’s shoulder injury became the defining turning point in his career. After completing 10 therapy sessions without fully recovering, he decided to investigate the problem himself. Through studying anatomy and biomechanics and applying what he learnt to his own body, he recovered within three months. Another important shift came through encouragement from a fellow BNI member, Mr Yusof, who challenged Fahad to think bigger. This prompted him to stop treating Muscle Minit as a one-man operation and expand his team to three therapists, with plans for further growth.
What He Does Now:
Today, Fahad leads Muscle Minit, helping clients improve movement, manage pain and achieve more sustainable recovery. He stresses that treatment is only part of the process, with clients also needing to consistently perform appropriate exercises and strengthening work outside their sessions. Muscle Minit also participates in community and sporting events, including cold-plunge sessions, pickleball networking events, and Muay Thai and boxing events, where Fahad provides demonstrations and introduces people to recovery therapy. His broader philosophy is to help people understand their bodies so that improvements can last beyond the treatment room.
