The turning point came when the founders recognised that most tuition centres were relying on disconnected tools such as WhatsApp, spreadsheets and manual payment tracking, resulting in unnecessary administrative work and an inconsistent experience for parents. Rather than building another tutoring platform, they chose to solve these operational pain points by creating a unified system that benefits tuition centres, educators and families alike. Their mission evolved into building the operating system for Singapore’s tuition industry, enabling centres to scale more effectively while providing parents with a simpler way to find quality education.
What They Do Now:
Today, Marcus, Delson and Ryan continue to lead Podsee’s product development, business strategy and customer growth. They work closely with tuition and enrichment centres to refine the platform while expanding its capabilities to include marketplace discovery, automated administration and business analytics.
