Turning Point:
A pivotal moment came when Gerald encountered conflicts among students during his LEGO® robotics classes. Searching for a constructive way to encourage teamwork, he discovered the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology. Realising its potential beyond education, he adapted it for corporate training and personal development, enabling participants to communicate through three-dimensional models, uncover hidden perspectives and generate practical solutions to complex challenges. This experience shaped the direction of his coaching and facilitation career.

Today, Gerald leads Conscious Emergence, where he designs and facilitates customised workshops focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, team alignment and personal growth. He also works as an AI trainer and technology consultant, helping organisations embrace digital transformation while continuing to advocate hands-on, reflective learning through LEGO® Serious Play®.
