After graduating from university, Gavin chose to join a local furniture company instead of pursuing a banking career. After gaining two and a half years of industry experience, he founded Office Planner in 1997. Over the years, he has led the company’s evolution from a traditional office furniture supplier into a comprehensive workspace solutions provider. His leadership has driven initiatives in sustainable furniture, environmentally responsible manufacturing, and innovative workplace concepts, including Asia’s first official Peanuts™ commercial furniture collection.
Turning Point:
A defining turning point came when Gavin realised that businesses needed more than quality furniture. They needed thoughtfully designed work environments that positively influence employee behaviour, collaboration, and performance.
